"We had just purchaced a new Kia Forte with a stright drive and just was not happy with it. We went back and explained this to Josh and he and the dealership went out of their way to get us in an automatic. Same car just an auto. This was very easy and they were very understanding. We are very happy with the new car and the deal we received trading a new car for a new car. I just did not think we would be able to do this,but they made it happen. All I can say is thank yo very much for making our day great."
