Kia's March Sales Help Company Reach Landmark First Quarter

With the world debut of three new Kia vehicles at the New York International Auto Show last month, March was a great segment for Kia Motors, as it helped boost first quarter sales to the second highest in company history.

Led by the Kia Optima midsize sedan for the 16th consecutive month with more than 14,000 total sales, Kia's exceptional month also was helped by the Kia Sorento CUV and Kia Soul. These top-selling Kia vehicles, as well as a number of Volkswagen cars, also are available at Park Place Motor Cars in Rochester, MN at CarBuyersExpress.com, which also hosts inventories from elite dealerships like Ballweg Midwest Toyota in La Crosse, WI.

Despite the successful first quarter, Kia does not intend to have a quiet rest of the year. Set to deliver seven all new or completely redesigned vehicles in 2013, Kia plans to continue reinventing and improving its series of vehicles to create the best possible selection for its customers.  Among the new vehicles set to release are the 2014 Kia Soul, 2014 Kia Koup and updated 2014 Kia Optima, while the 2014 Kia Forte Sedan and Cadenza will reach dealerships soon.

Kia Motors is one of the fastest growing automotive brands in the United States. Focusing on quality, innovation, value, and technology, Kia continues to make a lasting impression on U.S. car customers. As one of three automotive brands to increase sales in each of the past four years, Kia continues to deliver a series of fun-to-drive vehicles centered on value and performance.
